Applicants can track application online using unique number provided on the application.

An examination is conducted to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations after which may result in an acceptance /refusal or a conditional acceptance indicating that until a or some requirements are fulfilled, the application will be kept in view.

Publication of accepted applications in the trademark journals in case of any objections If there are no objection after 2months, applicant can make payment for filing and issuance of trademark certificate.
5 Opposition 1 year
